Municipality Award aims at encouraging the public services implemented by the municipalities, as well as in the real estate area, to encourage practices that lead to a positive increase in the value of the city. The provision of healthy value increases in the cities where these public services are implemented and a direct increase in the quality of life of the citizens are also sought.
The award will be awarded to the legal entity of the municipality as a result of the listed reasons or due to its role in providing the necessary conditions for the realization of these services.
Provincial and district municipalities will be able to apply for the award.
